Procedural Planet + Planetary Atmospherics - UltraDynamicSky, SkyAtmosphere, VolumetricClouds Rework

I re-worked UltraDynamicSky/Epic Games' atmosphere system to work with full spherical planets, reworking many parts of the material and the material functions they rely on - to eliminate banding, stretching and sorting issues that appeared using the features on a full planetary scale.
